Daniel, Dannielynn Hospital Is Bahamas Tourist Hotspot

Daniel SmithThere's nothing like going to the hospital during a relaxing beach vacation in the Bahamas, no?

Sources tell TMZ that Doctors Hospital, where Dannielynn Stern was born, and where her brother Daniel Smith died three days later, is now a frequent and lucrative stop for taxi drivers in the Bahamas, who bring scores of gawkers from cruise ships and hotels to the driveway of the hospital, whereupon eager visitors actually pose for pictures at the entrance.

We're also told, however, that visitors aren't allowed into the hospital, and that most photo-seekers take their shots and leave, without disturbance. Conversely, Lakeview Cemetery, where Daniel and Anna Nicole were laid to rest, had to ban tourists from its grounds using the help of private security.

5. Howard and ANS ran to the Bahamas to hide assets too. The Marshall case has been sent back to the same court that said she would get nothing and had ordered ANS to pay the Marshall's legal fees.

The unfortunate passing of Smith caused a stir in the media over the potential inheritance from her marriage, but the fact remains that the Marshall estate was left to E. Pierce Marshall,” says Jeff Chambers, defense attorney for E. Pierce Marshall. “Wild accusations of tampering and tearful outbursts in the courtroom did not sway the jury to ignore the facts of the case, and Smith’s untimely passing does nothing to change the Houston ruling.”

After 10 years of uncompensated litigation, Anna Nicole’s contingency-fee attorneys are still hoping that we will offer them money to make this case go away. From the beginning, this litigation has been a fraudulent attempt to extort money from the estate.

The losing lawyers representing Smith in the Texas probate case are Tom Alan Cunningham, Richard Zook and Diana E. Marshall. In California, the losers are Howard K. Stern, Philip Boesch and Kent L. Richland of the Greines Martin firm.

6. I can think of much better ways to spend my day's in the Bahama's. People are suppose to be on vacation. To enjoy the sand, beaches, night life, weather tropical setting, sipping on drinks. It's pretty sick that you would visit the hospital and cemetary while your suppose to be on a vacation.

However you can't blame the tourist, shame on you the Bahama's for wanting to capitalize on these dead people, unless HKS is getting a kick back from showing these sites. The Bahama'sare making millions of dollars of Anna,Danny,Dannylynn and Stern. I just don't see any of these cases moving any faster. It's not financially benificial for the Bahama's to let these proceddings happen soon. The bahama's is just making tons of money and laughing all the way to the bank. So on that note vacationers, enjoy your vacation and stop pouring wasteless money into useless tours that are pretty morbit.

9. Shame on the people for doing these mordib things-but more importantly shame on the Bahamas for allowing all this crap to go down (like allowing hks to appeal, appeal...etc). Boycott the Bahamas! I wanted to go there but wouldnt take a free vacation from there now. Its all about the money for Bahamas, Stern and all his idiots! Same for lumpy the more I see him on tv-why is he still talking if case is closed?

You're an idiout who is trying to inflame with false information... AGAIN.

That is a file poto owned by the agency for whom Mr. Birkhead works. That is not an image of Ms. Smith after her death. In fact, that image and video has been aired 100's of times, even beofre her demise. That Birkhead gets royalties now whenever it is aired, IS HIS RIGHT as the author of that photo! What would you have him do? Every time the news media or magazines reaches in to their bag of Anna photos, slecting one that Birkhead may have taken, relaeases it publically which generates a royalty, shold Birkhead rip up the check???
Are you insane? Why would he? Why SHOULD he?? He didn't photgraph her drugged or in a compromised position? He isn't relaeasing after market photos personally.

Would you return the checks? And if you say yes, you are even more stupid than previously thought for just placing the post.

13. 5663. Ginsburg ordered the controversy returned to U.S. District Court for further consideration in light of today's ruling.

So all the Supreme court did was send her case back to the lower court, the court that said she had no right to recieve anything from the estate.

BIG VICTORY-(NOT)-LMAO Howie lawyers will never get a nickle.

14. Well, that hospital would not be a tourist stop if Daniel hadn't died under suspicous circumstances. The inquest needs to get started already. Hopefully, the truth will come out. And speaking of suspicions, Anna shouldn't have died either. I don't know about Dr. Perper. He didn't question the accounts of any of the parties (Howard, nurse, bodyguard, psychiatrist) who were with Anna when she died and just took their word for everything in making his determinations and deciding it was an accident. The thing that bothers me the most is that they all said that they didn't take Anna to the hospital when she had 105 temperature because she didn't want to go because of the publicity. Since when has Anna ever shied away from any publicity? And how can a person with 105 temperature even verbalize or even be thinking about publicity in that weakened state? If anything, they would probably be delirious and wouldn't have cared if an ambulance had been called and she had been wisked away to the hospital. And what kind of caregivers were all those clowns? I think most rational people would have panicked if their loved one had that high a fever and would have dialed 911 or carried the person directly to the hospital.
When there is a high fever, it is for a reason, usually an infection. So putting a person in ice water, might bring the temperature down, if they don't go into shock first, but it does not get rid of the infection. Besides, they should have used room temperature water, and then still should have called 911 or taken her to the hospital, themselves. If Anna was throwing up and having violent stomach problems, how could Howard leave her in that condition to go buy a boat? So, Anna's infection was not tended to, instead she was
loaded up with drugs, including sleep medications, which further incapaciated her and ultimately caused her death.

Another thing that has bothered me is, if Howard was trying to get rid of Anna, like many people believe, he might have unsuccesfully tried before. Remember when they said that she was found floating in the pool in the Bahamas, indicating that she might have tried to commit suicide? Well, my theory is that when Howard saw her fall in the pool, he waited until he thought she might have drowned and THEN called Moe to come "save" her, then he would have a witness of how Anna "drowned herself" due to grief. Why didn't that Coward jump in, himself, and try to save her the minute he saw her in the water, instead of calling Moe, who was somewhere else around the property? I guess he was waiting for Anna to swallow a little more water. Since Howard, Moe, and Anna were the only witnesses to that episode, there was really no reason to even mention it to the media, unless that was an attempt to set the stage about how Anna was trying to "commit suicide" so that if anything happened to her in the future, it must have been Anna, who finally succeeded. I'm basing my theories on observations of Howard's coniving, calculating, manipulating, deceptive and just coldhearted actions ( not letting Virgire hold her own granddaughter then vilifying her at the eulogy ) he has displayed throughout this whole ordeal and continues to amaze.

Also, Howard continues to deprive Dannielynn's blood relatives from taking part in her life. Remember, if Larry is the bio father, there is another set of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members that are being left out. If Howard was the natural father, he would have taken better care of Anna while she was pregnant, plus he would be waving that dna paper so hard our heads would spin.

All I can say is karma can be a beeoch. And karma can't wait to strike.
