34. He played Tom Hanks best friend in Saving Private Ryan. Fine, Fine actor.
Hopefully a stint in jail and some drug rehab will help him control his demon of drugs and alcohol. Rooting here for ya Tom.

36. I loved him in 'Striking Distance' with Bruce Willis and 'Passenger 57 'with Wesley Snipes.
There are many more movies that I enjoyed seeing him in---what in the ___happened???
Did Heidi Fliess (spelling?) do something to his brain? He looks (in this mug shot) like he is 90 years old. This is very sad for me to read--I am speechless for once in my life. I guess this takes drug abuse and drug dealing to a different element???

You have to have a tough skin to be an actor, do you know how many rejections they get?
You would be shocked. Auditions are like job interview's.

It's hard to go on several of those per day, to be told "No" most of the time.

He is a great actor, who has been in the business for a LONG time.

If you are going to slam him, slam everyone else in Hollyweird for their addictions also.

Yes, he has demons, drugs help numb that up.

38. He reminds me a little bit of Pruitt Taylor Vince; the guy who played Malcolm Rivers in Identity, and another character in an X-files episode. Someone needs to take this headshot of Sizemore, turn it into an animation with his eyes bouncing strangely from side to side, and BOOM! You've got Pruitt Vince... a version of him who has fallen on some very, very hard times.

39. This time in jail is a blessing in disguise for Tom. He should run with it and change all the ppl that were in his life b4 he went to jail. Then, and only then, will he have a chance to stay clean once he's released. That includes Heidi.

40. I really like this guy but folks lighten up. You know what will happen. A few days after he gets out he will be on Leno and it will be like it never happend. Showered with gifts and woman he will start a new career. I hope he goes to his NA and AA meetings or he will be in jail again......God Bless and good luck to him. Isnt this what all you negitave idiots wanted, Sizemore in jail!

41. So let's get this straight: Ol' Tommy boy does meth on his own & goes to prison. Ol' Lindsay Lohan gets busted with Coke in her nose while driving a stolen car after binge drinking and gets a slap on the wrist! Hell, Nicole Richie only had to spend 8 minutes in jail for her DUI!!!!

Sorry to the folks who think "justice" is being served in Hollywood -- it isn't. It IS about the "star power." Tom isn't a major star -- he's built a career playing minor roles. He can be replaced & doesn't draw big money. THAT is why he's in prison and Lindsay was out drinking with the SCAM ankle braclet!!!

42. I read today that Tom was sent to a state prison. Maybe Tom's life will

turn around and he will once again be the talent he has been in his

career. Wishing healing to occur for Tom and a program he can

follow for his specific needs.
